Cocoa-- I am too wondering about the peach cobbler and self rising flour.  I decided to go with this recipe because I am too lazy to go old school.   Plus, I like cobbler with crust on bottom and top.

Yea I should have asked prior.. I didn't think about diff forms of canned peaches..
I'm just gonna get 1 of each I guess...
The heavy syrup has hella sugar so I'm leaving towards juice.. But I want the consistency right as well..
I'll get 1 of each

that looks like a good/easy recipe. I'm about to decide on a recipe now..
I've never had peach cobbler but crust on the bottom and top sounds good.. crust is my fav part but it needs to be right and not soft/gooey.

i didnt get the self rising flour cus most recipes i saw didnt call for it (besides paulas) but when i got home i was told that i can make my own self rising flour by just adding a few things..

im a little annoyed cus i was thinking i had a few cans of peaches in juice at home.. i called and asked.. but it turns out there are a few in heavy syrup and a few in light syrup.. i don't see any in juice.. and thats what I'm leaning towards cus of the sugar. i may just use the light syrup ones cus I'm not going back to the store.

i need y'all cobbler experts tips.. or else ill be looking a recipes for hours..  i chose one. its more of a peach crumble..
