TC, I was impressed the first time I brined a turkey.  I always brine turkey from that point on.  It is okay to brine a turkey, for smoking or frying.

Do you use large brine bags, or a large bucket? I plan on brining my turkey this year... and want to make sure I go about it the right way.

y'all are starting to inspire me to make a peach cobbler..
I've never even tried one but I'm mad at fam members right now and don't wanna ask them to make one.. so i might just try it on my own.

i don't cook all that much but my caramel apple pie was killa. i can do it..
i wanna make it lower sugar though. and maybe add nuts… pecans.. is that odd..?
