I'm glad you made this. I was going to make one but kept forgetting.

Oan:I am a terrible cook...seriously, I'm really bad. Anyway, I need a recipe for collard greens. I prefer a recipe with pork as opposed to turkey.

^^ heres what I do ( I don't measure things bare with me)

After washing thoroughly washing the greens I cut them up & warm up a pot. Add about 2 tablespoons of oil. I sautee about 2/3 garlic cloves, & half an onion. I add smoked neckbones. After the garlic & onions brown a bit I add my greens( they're wet be careful) i sautee them for a few minutes I then add half a cup o f vinegar( acv works great too) & a cup of water, dry mustard powders and cayanne pepper. Cover it for about 45mins to an hour checking every 20 mins. Adding water & more seasoning as necessary.I add salt & pepper ( or lawrys) when its almost done.

Cajun Deep Fried Turkey (getting my first turkey from livestock this year!)
Honey Baked Ham
Deep Dish Baked Mac & Cheese
Smokes Sausage Green Beans
Buttermilk Mashed Potato's
Cornbread Stuffing
Candied Yams
And a homemade Strawberry Shortcake

It's going to be hard to make all this in small portion...but I'm gonna try!

For the Thanksgiving Dinner I'm going to, I'm taking Baked Mac & Cheese as well as a Ham. I can never just relax and put my feet up on this day Cry

Actually speaking of food I kind of wanted to try making a sweet potato souffle/casserole but that would probably be doing too much since my grandma is making sweet potato pies already
