my girlfriend likes that too. When I made a turkey one year she blasted me for tossing out the 'bagged stuff' inside the turkey.

She was correct lol.  The insides except for the heart makes your dressing rich in my op . I boil the turkey and chicken gizzards together .

India I had never heard of gizzard dressing until a couple of years ago when my aunt made it. Then again I hate dressing anyway
