So... I've only been on this site for one month & I can already tell the difference in my hair.

The first picture was taken around the time that I joined this site & the second was taken just a few minutes ago.  I've only been here for one month & I can already see a major difference!

Thank you ladies for all your useful information!!!

Changes that I made:

1. Stopped using all heat
2. Stopped brushing my hair as much
3. Switched to boar bristle brushes
4. Cut off all my dead ends.  I cut about 2.5" of dead/split ends.  I guess I didn't want to cut them off because I didn't want to be shorter than MBL... but it was worth it!
5. Co-wash & bunning my hair everyday

I did a ponytail rollerset (air dry) & wrapped my hair.  I had to use a flat iron on 250 for a few spots.

I also made a decision to go natural over the past month.  So many changes & I love the progress Smile
