The hell is wrong with you? Not that it matters, but maturity-wise, 17 years old is worlds away from 30 years old. The situation started when the student was 15. It was rape, pure and simple. I talk about what happened with my sister, who was a victim of a 30-year-old pedophile when she was 15. She THOUGHT she was grown then. She THOUGHT it was consent to go off with him without our parents knowing about it. It was only after he locked her in a hotel room did the CHILD she was truly show how it wasn't consent at all.

Thank god my teachers couldn't stand our asses. They would do their best during school hours but once that bell rang...they was out quicker then the students.
