^^If she is lightly pressed as opposed to relaxed, she would still be considered a natural. But that hair has been straightened one way or another

is her leaveout relaxed? the top where her leaveout usually is looks either really flat ironed in comparison to the poofy rest. either that or relaxed.

i think she means straightened with a flat iron when she says she is getting it straightened. It definitely looks blow dried which may be why her ends look that way. She'd be a beautiful natural though

Lol. Having healthy hair ain't that expensive. |
its more like she doesnt have an excuse to have raggedy hair. people are ooooing and aaaahhhing and saying they expected her hair to be uber short. She has the money and access to top notch hair care so why wouldnt it be long/healthy/thick?
|
please look at all those white celebs with dreadful hair |
aint nobody gonna judge a white woman on her hair though, lets keep it real
|
I don't think white folks focus on healthy hair as much as black folks anyway. |
you'd be surprised. they do the same things blacks do....maybe moisturize less. when white folk talk it's about "ends being fried" so they def. notice damaged hair.

^ They do notice and pay attention, but to a lesser degree than blacks, for the simple reason that most harsh processing or lack of protective styling will not impede on their growth or make them bald (unless they really go overboard). We pay attention because not doing so is likely to have a drastically negative impact on the look of our hair

yeah....our hair is more fragile so every little thing disturbs it. i am not looking forward to the 2 times i am going to have to press my hair in the next 2 weeks.
