I don't think so. I'm pretty sure this baby is from in vitro. She was actually trying to get pregnant throughout her marriage on the show, but couldn't and played it off like she didn't want any kids at all.

Did we watch the same show?

Congrats to them...I do think she may have had some fertility issues which is not uncommon for many women in their mid 30s. Not only does the egg supply decrease it also becomes more difficult to fertilize. So her experiencing some challenges getting pregnant is not hard to believe, IMHO.
