I'm natural, and have been since over 4 years. I have had some minor setbacks, but I'm on track now
*What is your current length?
I'm close to hip length. I'm hoping to be there in a few months
*3 short term goals (could be milestones, bad habit breaking, whatever...)
I just started scratching my scalp with a comb before washing to improve the health and circulation of my scalp, I will continue doing that
I started to take my hair and length for granted, and I stopped doing things I always used to do. I will now moisturize my hair on a daily basis again
Another goal of mine is to stretch between washes to minimize manipulation and improve the health of my scalp

I scratch my scalp with a fine tooth comb before washing
I clarify my scalp with shampoo
I conditioner my hair and comb my hair out with the conditioner in it
I leave in some conditioner and olive oil when I wear my hair curly
I set my hair in braids to dry
At night I put some olive oil in my hair and concentrate on the ends
At night I braid my hair up again
I will straighten my hair no more then once a month
I keep a healthy diet and drink 2-3 liters of water a day
