I was doing good... until this group that held an event at my job left a bag full- I mean FULL- of candy with their logo on it. It's Rolos and Hersheys but their logo is over it. OMGee. I had 4 pieces of ROLO and then threw the rest away. I had 4 of the little bite sized hershey bars and 2 other pieces of choco that a coworker bought. UGH. Back at it tomorrow.

i did this in feb soild!  since i couldn't workout and I lost 4 pounds alone by cutting out all sugars!  I never was a soday drinker, but coffee and ect no sugar or processed sugary foods mayo ect

One thing that I tried and it works, is to have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar daily. You lose your interest in sugar fast!

I had the worst time yesterday evening and night. I like more savory than sweet. But I could not stop putting Agave on just about anything I could find. This went on until 4 a.m . I even through 2 packs of Orbit chewing gum !!!!! What the Heck ?????

Thankfully, this morning I no longer have the sweet craving
