I LOVE sweets! I love donuts, cakes, cookies, candy, chocolate, sugar in my coffee, hot cocoa, ANYTHING SWEET.
As many of you know, sugar is not healthy. Sugar=fat (of course in a more complexly worded explanation) but basically yeah, sugar=fat lol.
I spent 2011 shedding 50 lbs (thank God  ) and now I am really trying to finish my fitness goals and really shrink my middle and tone up. I am working on my workout regime by adding more strength training, but I know my diet needs work as well. So...
I'm going on a SUGAR FAST! I am going to abstain from sugary items like the ones I mentioned before. I will still allow myself frozen yogurt, hot cocoa (maybe), coffee (with less sugar), and moderate sweets on Vday and Bdays ONLY. I am shooting for until the end of Feb.

I want to shed 20lbs by June so I'd like to join you! I had a signs up around me that said NO SUGAR but I have been ignoring them considering I just inhaled some cookies so I will have to start tomorrow

We can do it! Today I was watching tv and saw commercials for chocolate. It brought me an urge, but I resisted it. There was ice cream in my freezer (my mom's) but I guess someone ate it all- Thank the Lord, lol. Let's do it ladies!! I want my tummy flat and I hear that diet is one of the first places to start.

Count me in! Recently, I've developed a crazy sweet tooth. Waffers, cookies, cakes, you name it - I love it! I'm going to try to give it up. The most I'll do is drink a smoothie (made with natural juice and frozen fruit). That should be my sugar fix.

I bought Girl Scout cookies that I will be indulging in on Vday. So far, so good though! I wanted choco so bad today! I had hot cocoa, which helped, but barely... I'm happy. Since I've been staying away from sweets, it's forced me to eat real food more often, so that's good. I've also been craving veggies, like juicy tomatoes and such! :)

Well I really didn't start strong until Monday but since then I have been doing great. I'm struggling today though. They set a big plate of delicious looking Vday cookies beside my desk! and I can smell them! I was going to move them but I thought it would help me with my will power. Wish me luck!
