damn this is tough on everyone involved. i'm sure this guy feels horrible he caused the death of this kid and now he may potentially go to prison because of an accident...smh damn.
 
i've never rode on a jet ski, do you have to be trained or licensed to have one? i honestly feel any adult who was present when this took place is negligient. there is no reason for small children to be in water with a bunch of jet ski's and boats riding around.
