When I work out at home I use a 25lb kettle bell I use one I have two I haven't started using g both yet, hopefully in the next 2 weeks I will. I do 10 sets of 15 reps. I like to go until I feel that burn otherwise I don't think its working. Im waiting on my weight plate to come through UPS. The weight plate is good for hip thrusts also. I used to be in the army so I'm use to pushing my body to the limit.

@LiLi Angel - I have recently found Buffie's site and I am very impressed with her knowledge and skills. I used to be one of the ppl that thought her butt was fake. But after watching her videos and reading alot about her I am a beliver that her donk is REAL! She has some really good exercises. Most of them are common excercises that she puts her own little twist to. I am a new Buffie fan!

@lacc06- LOL I feel you on that I used to think she was fake like a lot of these so called models nowadays, but she puts in work and she does have a lot good exercise tips and weight gain tips. She's the first person I go to for inspiration now and for workout tips. When I saw her doing nothing but weights a lil cardio and some an/core training I was believer. When I first came to this forum I had ordered pills and all trying to gain weight and none of that worked just wasted money. As soon as I saw her proof video from when she was super skinny to where she is now, I was like hell I can do that just gotta be dedicated.

she did mention in one of her videos that her doctor gave her some little white pills which started off her gaining weight also (sounds like periactin)

Yea she did. I tried that mess, it was a waste of like 35 dollars. Could have spent that on food, lol. Idk why people get on pills they are no good. Just eat clean eat more then you normally would so you can get those calories in, get you a good protein shake and hit the weights.
