Racism is very high over there. Not worth the job or her life. There's a reason why they are hiring. She should've asked what happened to the last person that had this position and how do they know about the skinheads activities???Confused

im with you.. I wouldn't even want that job.
and I think it was very responsible of them to make her aware of all the skinhead activity that takes place over there.

could you imagine.. them not informing her about known racial violence in the area.. and she took the job and then got the surprise of her life.

I'd take the L... which in my eyes really isn't an L. and find a better job, where my safety is the least of my worries.

THIS!! It's not worth it to risk her safety over a job that would put her in a place where people who look like her are routinely attacked with no repercussions. I'd take the L.

I just edited the original post to add that she's been to eastern Europe many times for a previous position. I wouldn't want her to take the position, nobody wanted her to take the position but
the point is that she wanted it. At 32 she knows what she wants and no one can stop her from doing anything.
 
She's exceptionally qualified and would not have been entering the position blindly.
