I don't think it's an old wives tale either. This happens with every female I hang out with! I slept in bed with my Sis for 3 days and we synced up.

Its def not an old wives tale, when i was in high school, all of the females in my classes had theirs at the same damn time; as do my roommate  and I when we're together at school, and me an my mom when im home.
