Talking to God, writing out all of my thoughts until I have nothing else to write, sleeping, listening to classical music or The Weeknd.  Healthy food would actually make you feel better too.

I internalize stress.  I have had some really unhealthy habits lately but had a recent wake up call (hypertension).  So I am working on doing things to help like more cardio (I love running), listening to calming music at work and giving up my superwoman syndrome.  I do a LOT.  Not because I have to but moreso because I have so many passions.  When it comes down to it, I'm running from here to there constantly so I have had to cut some things out of my schedule.  I have begun

7-8 hours of sleep a night
daily prayer
exercising 2.5 hours a week 
eating well
drinking enough water
