i don't think by doing excercise and eating nutritional food curve can develop. Taking supplements and estrogen foods is the keyLOL

Thanks everyone for your advice. I came home and did some measurement to try to see what my body type is, but every time I use a body type calculator it tells me something different every time. My measurements are 33D-28-36, I think it is either a pear or a rectangle shape. I was hoping to do yoga and kickboxing for toning, squats, donkey kicks, bridges, and push ups, before I start to take any pills. Just because I don't fill comfortable yet, without doing research but I would like to try the fish oil.

Your measurements are similar to mine, and I'm a pear/hourglass.

I've had luck in the booty department with just using fish oil.
I gained an inch on that and have kept it so far.

Also twerking really helps, believe it or not LOL
My hips seem to change when I started doing it regularly but maybe that was just due to the end of puberty idk.

A lot of ladies have been using fish oil on their hips.
As well as the Noogleberry.
Just do some reading on threads around here and go from there.

Getting more definition in your waist will help your hips to look bigger, check out the waist training thread.
