Well I am off and running toward my goal... NOT !!

Lost a grand total of 0.3 lbs this week while sticking to my diet plan 100%.

I even exercised, which does not come naturally for me

My weight loss varies depending on what day I weighed in

0.1-0.3 lbs. Big difference !!

So I have been reading trying to find out what type is best when using Raspberry Ketones. A well balanced diet with Fruits is recommended.
LCHF, Ketogenic, and Atkins type is off the board.

Got the 100mg Raspberry Ketones today, so I will start them tomorrow.

I have had very poor appetite today. Even having a difficult time drinking water.

Hope the RK work.

So I started taking Raspberry Ketones today, but not expecting too much since the recommend a low fat diet.
I choose to just not add all the Coconut Oil, Cream and Butter to my foods while taking the supplement.
I really like eating LCHF and refuse to buy low fat cheese, or milk.
So we shall see what minimal results I will yield.

So I've reduced the fat in my diet because of the Raspberry Ketones.
Just not adding the extra Butter, Coconut Oil, but still eating my Chicken with the skin, and my Pork Chops.
Still having my full fat dressing. Keeping my Carb intake where it has been.
Keeping my calories at, or around 1200 cals.
Exercising 2x/day, 20-25 mins each. I am not big on exercising.
Will finish the RK I have on hand (2 bottles).

Keep up the good work Benni. I've plateaued, however bout to hit the the gym regularly while studying for the bar exam to shake up my metabolism.

I have been a total .   Ate lots of Pork Chops with butter. Multiple cups of Coffee with Cream. Lots of Cheese !!

Benni you're doing great!!

I upped my carbs to 50-75ish I want to drink smoothies and protein shakes and I couldn't fit it in to 25 or less carbs

its been 2 weeks I'm down 7 pounds

I exercise 6 days a week and take rasberry ketones
