Girl I'm trying, but will be more encouraged if I saw a lb or two gone.
Don't know if I am doing something wrong, or maybe it's taking my body time to adjust.
I will give it a solid 3 weeks though.

Late Breakfast of Sautéed Broccoli with butter, Tomatoes, Onions and Mozz., with Chicken.

Dinner Large Salad with dressing, Avocado, Tomatoes and Mushrooms.
Pork Chop with butter.

Today's intake according to Fatsecret

Net Carbs...8.12 gms       5%
Fats .......92.9 gms       73%
Protein ....58.0 gms       22%

RDI 88% based on a 1300 cal diet

Total Calorie intake 1144 cals.

I may need to up my Fats and Protein to get Protein at around 25%.

May have an Egg w/Mayo later if I'm hungry.

Nah I dont feel different with the raspberry ketones lol but it could have aided in my weight loss. ..im using the same ones as midna the reviews on amazon are great though
