Tomorrow I will do LC totally different than I did last week. I have been doing some reading, and realize I may have been having a bit too many CHO's. So I will cut back and see what results I get because I have been enjoying it so far

Since starting LCHF last Tuesday, I have gained 6 lbs. Apparently I was having too many Carbs, even though it was just 2 Spinach salads daily. Well yesterday I had only one Salad, and this morning I was down 2 lbs. So from here on, I have to be very mindful of my CHO intake.

Supplements raspberry ketones
I'm also doing a pancreas flush with green tea and garlic (dr oz recipe)

When I did Atkins a few years ago I entered my meals and recipes on Fatsecret to make sure my %-age was within range. I am not sure if I am doing this LCHF thing correctly, so I may have to go back to Fatsecret for a few days just to be sure. Sometimes I think I am having too much fat, or protein, or the carbs may be way off.

Breakfast. 2-Egg Omelette, sm Avocado, tomato and onions Lunch. Roasted chicken and Tomato Snack, 1.5 ounces Cheddar Dinner. Roasted chicken, spinach salad, 1/2 sm Avocado, mushrooms and dressing.
Green Tea 36 ounces.

Breakfast..Had a few slices of Cheddar. Green Tea
Lunch... Sautéed Broccoli in butter with Cheese. Roasted Chicken thigh with butter. Green Tea.
Dinner.. Will take 3 hard boiled Eggs and Mayo to work tonight.
