Woooo, I definitely kicked myself out of ketosis this past cheat day.

My body's having a little trouble recuperating from it. But a delicious two days those were~

Anyway, last I checked, I was 174/175. I'll check what I am right now.

It'll kick in. At the very least your stomach will shrink and you'll be unable to eat full mills like you've used to.

on a side note, my greedy ass extended my cheat days to 2.5 days.

this whole week is carbs lol. By sunday or monday i'll be back at it. haven't gained any weight either.

Still 171!

I'm going to restart the diet so I can lose more weight.

I'm really happy though; I've been eating normally now for like what, 3-4 weeks and I didn't blow back up, even on days I ate really dirty!
