It's March 26! It's officially a full month since I started this diet. =D

I began this at 188 (rounded up) and today I am 172.

16 pounds lost~

CHEAT DAY~

I'm pigging all the outttttt <3

Doing two days of straight nasty eating so I can kick myself out of ketosis quickly and then begin another two weeks of induction. >:D

Flax pancakes! I might make these tonight or in the morning.

6 tbsp of flax meal
3 eggs
1/4 - 1/2 of cinnamon
1 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp lc milk or cream and water
1 tbsp sf vanilla syrup or 1 tsp of extract + 2 tsp water
1 - 2 tsp splenda

Went a little too hard on my cheat day. Gained 3 pounds! But that could just be the weight of my mega-full belly.

I don't even want to weigh myself again until next Sunday. =D

I made the pancakes but the second one i made tasted better with a scoop of vanilla whey protein in it. Topped it with some shredded coconut and half a banana and it's delicious.

I ate a Qtr Pounder meal from McD's yesterday for my cheat day. I planned on mashing the whole day but was barely hungry. I'm eating some Pizza today though!

Made paleo/low carb coconut flour waffles this morning for the first time and the verdict is Thumbs Down I may just have to try another recipe because they were kinda dry and weren't crispy.
