On a side note, I've found I've been eating far too low calories than I should.
It's not a good thing at all. I should be eating 1500 a day and yet I easily only eat twice a day or I'll eat like 1,000 calories approx.
I have no intention of doing this on purpose but the yummy filling foods I eat are also low in calories.
I mainly eat meats these days and though the fat and protein content is good, it's not high in kcal.
I try to raise it a bit by adding higher caloric foods to "thicken" up the meal a bit.
