Just got back from the Doc and I gained six pounds, Grrrr WTF! LoL, it's probably water weight after a weekend of carbing.

Tru...you're not doing the LLD (Lawyer Liquid Diet- Scotch, Vodka, Gin, etc.) are you??

Wow Midna...great job! Could you PM the vendor you buy the raspberry ketones from? I am losing so slow...im not sure if its because my body just got used to this whole low carb thing....i really wanna try the ketones.

On a side note, I've found I've been eating far too low calories than I should.

It's not a good thing at all. I should be eating 1500 a day and yet I easily only eat twice a day or I'll eat like 1,000 calories approx.

I have no intention of doing this on purpose but the yummy filling foods I eat are also low in calories.

I mainly eat meats these days and though the fat and protein content is good, it's not high in kcal.

I try to raise it a bit by adding higher caloric foods to "thicken" up the meal a bit.

Lots and lots of cheese <3
