I just started low carb this week. First time ever trying it, so I'm determined to make it work. Today's meals included: Breakfast-1 scramble egg and 2 sausage patties,1st snack: String cheese and sugar free jello, Lunch: 12 count grilled chicken nuggets from Chick fil a (which I will not be getting again anytime soon. $6.16 for nuggets only, I dont think so! LOL) 2nd Snack:GNC Lean Shake Banana Creme (So Good! I put in freezer to get it icy) Dinner will be Curry Shrimps and veggies.

Sounds good mzbhaven! Make sure you pay attention to the carb-counts on some of the shakes. They may be low-calorie, but often the carb count is too high for getting into Ketosis.

I love the sugar free jello topped with whipped cream for a tasty dessert. I dip my string cheese into ranch and it taste just like cheese sticks from a restaurant minus the breading, lol

I'm straight up swimming in my suit today. The only down-part, when your clothes don't fit anymore! Seamstress will charge $75 to take it in :-(

I remember when I first tried a no carb diet and it was just one meal I had the shakes I couldn't take it.. but lo carb isn't bad.. actually carbs aren't bad it's just the kinds of carbs we eat that suck...

Okay I tried both the EAS  AdvantEdge carb control shakes in strawberries and cream and Dark Chocolate, I prefer the Strawberry ones. I will get the Chocolate fudge and see what that taste like this weekend.

17 g protein
100 Calories
2 g carbs

$4.86 for a 4 pack at Walmart, I might try those banana shakes . I love muscle milk but the banana flavor doesnt come in light version.

I've tried all of the EAS AdvantEdge shake flavors and strawberry is my favorite.
Atkins also has a Cafe Caramel shake that I love.
These are the only two protein shakes I drink - and they WORK.

I just got started back on my low-carb WOE today - will be tracking my success here with you all!

Hell. Yes.

I'm 177 and I've been cheating. Carb cycling is much more fun!
