Weighed myself today.

I'm still 180. I think I'm seeing changes but my body isn't really letting go either.

There must be something I'm not doing right. I eat low carb and have elevated my protein intake yet my body clearly isn't relying on fat for energy. I'm also eating around 1500 calories a day. :\ Is that too low?

I was expected at least a pound dropped this week.

what are your workouts like? are you getting in enough veggies?

Nothing wrong with cheating on the weekends. That's the point. It helps shock your metabolism and spurs further weight loss, long as you make sure to revert back to majority protein/fat by Monday.

I'm a big fan of broccoli and cauliflower with a gang of ranch on them sh*ts!
Or steamed broccoli smothered in melted cheese!
