So.. I think I messed up.
For lunch, I had one of those Chinese boxes full of beef and brocoli.
I figured I'm doing myself some good because it's protein and fiber in one yummy mix!
I just looked up the stats on brocoli and broccoli packs a carb punch if you eat too much.
Me eating a full chinese food box of it definitely is a lot.
According to MyFitnessPal, the box was about 60g of carbs.
Also I'm not sure if I'm in ketosis. My weight keeps fluctuating but it won't go down past 180. One hour, I'm 180. Next I'm 183. Next I'm 181. Next I'm 184.
I figured me eating would play a role but no, it's that erratic on its own. Not sure if I'm in ketosis..
