I lost 3 pounds this week carb cycling. I'm going to weigh myself in the morning to see how I did after my cheat day.

My mom and I are starting the Rapid Weight Loss Plan Monday (3/3) it seems simple but people on the show were dropping crazy weight (10+ lbs in 2 wks)

This seem doable..when I come off my fast I am going to try this

Yay first day! I'd first off like to report that I'm swimming in my yoga pants this morning. LAWD WHAT A MOTIVATOR! okay for brekkie I had 2 Eggs sunny side up, and 2 slices of bacon. 

Super excited about this!

I had 6oz of pork chops (not supposed to but thats what i cooked yesterday lol) for lunch @11am...I was in a rush this morning like usual so no breakfast  
 
When i get home I will have my smoothie and a big salad
