I'm trying to stay below 25g a day for the first two weeks. After a month I'll up it to 50g, then max out at 100g and below.

 . . . yea unfortunately, most fruit is off the table because of the sugars, even tomatoes. Just think of the first two weeks as basic training/boot camp, after that, it'll get easier.

Don't forget to subtract the fiber grams when figuring out the actual carb amount.

What did you eat today?

I had a sausage w/o the hotdog bun from Circle K for a snack, then a Lettuce wrapped burger from Carls Jr for lunch along with some pork rhines.

Damn. This sucks. I've been eating around 70-75grans of carbs even though I mean to be 50-.

My biggest contributor is my yummy protein bar. :'(

Then 25gs aren't as tiny as I though. Half my daily serving of carbs in one little protein bar.

I'll save the rest I have for carb cycling. Other than that, I've been doing good! MyFitnessPal, though not an official carb counter, really helps! It shows everything, besides just calories. :D

Other than my little mistakes, this diet is not bad at all!

And yessss I'm gonna have to restrict fruits. Had two tangerines thinking I'm doing good but them bitches had 11gs of carbs EACH. I was mad!

Breakfast yesterday was 
 Breakfast turkey: bacon and eggs
Lunch: Chicken breast  with nixed green salad
Dinner : baked flounder with mi xed green salad

I just drank water
I also took some of those rasberry ketone pills from cvs, I will take them until the amazon ones get here. 

Im going grocery shopping later
