Had a coffee, Atkins bar and water for breakfast. Strangely, not very hungry at all. Since it's Taco Tuesday, planning on ordering some Carnitas Tacos for dinner and replacing the tortilla with my low-carb ones.

I was worried about bananas too.  I want the nutrients but not the carbs.  My doctor recommended this and I LOVE it!!!  Fruit Punch taste, 2 carbs, more potassium than a banana.



I agree I put bananas in my smoothies every day I need to cut back

Never really had any noticeable side affects, been doing it for years, but I know everyone is diff. I cut back once my appetite and cravings start to taper off.

The best part of this diet is that your appetite will virtually dissipate over time. Even when you stop the diet, you won't feel like eating much. 

This pasta is not low carb...How is this low carb?LOL

I saw that pasta before...and i don't get how its low carb. 41 grams of carb per serving...Uhm.

Ill stick to my zucchini pasta.
