Atkins bars (I love these!!)
DreamFields pasta, (spaghetti, and noodles) 5g Carbs per serving
Sugar free grape jelly - 1g Carbs per serving
Sugar free jello - 0g carbs
Flour tortillas - (big 5g carb, smaller 3g carbs)
String Cheese - 0g carbs
Sugar-Free drink mixes 0g carbs (Pink lemonade, and orange juice flavor)
Chicken and Steak for various recipes 0g carbs
Unsweetened Almond milk 1g carbs
Hunts Spaghetti sauce - 4g carbs per serving
Ragu Alfredo sauce - 0g carbs per serving
Had Wendy's for lunch, double stack (no bun), and Side Salad.
Remember when counting macros, you minus fiber, and sugar alcohol from total carb count for Net Carbs
