its been awhile since i did squats. i did some yesterday. got my pelvis hurtin lol. i hate doing squats at the gym but i need the weights. men are so grosssss.

LOL, that is a shame. Squat with your booty towards the wall if you can. But men are men. They can see an ass for MILES away, under several layers of clothing.

Lol our weight lifting area is all mirrors and open space. Its sad. I can see in the mirror guys tapping their friends to watch with them in groups. Like really guys... really...

I am working on my health issues, but I am still squatting. I am just not using heavyweights yet.

i haven't measured sigh. i stopped a long time ago. i still squat but not no 100 a day or anything like that. just been increasing the weight that i squat usually doing 45-65 every time. im sore so i figure that's what matters lol
