Update: I gained another 1" in my butt and hips. Seems like just that 1" made a bit of a difference in my body shape. Still working on my waist which haven't budged. But I've been doing stomach vacs and planks and my stomach is alot tighter, so wish me luck on losing the 3" off my abs. I am over my goal weight of 40" hips by 1" wish I could just apply that 1" lost to my waist LOL!
Measurements 01/14/2013 - 36-28-40
Measurements 02/15/2013 - 36-28-41
Goal 36-25-40

Gonna be shadowing. Currently my job is taking up a lot of time, but I def need 2 do dis. Squats worked for me b4, but I get lazy now lol.... will be doing weighted squats along with using my ankle weights for various exercises and doing leg extensions etc.
My gym memebership is expired now, so i'd start working out @ hme agen, and den think about renewing my membership. I've been drinking shakes, and I just know that with correct workouts and my protein shakes i'd be awesome...just have to make that extra effort n really push myself and stay consistent. GOOD LUCK to all, this thread and it's responses have helped in re-motivating me. take care xoxo

Aight ladies I'm hoppin back in this challenge...i did my workouts today and i think they are too advanced for me..plus i have some severe lower back pain.. So ima jus start off with 1 simple exercise lol...ima do sumo squats instead of regular squats..and ima do the December challenge...i notice there aren't a lot of rest days lol.. sadly i only have 8 pounds..ima try to find something heavier..but idk if i can. now I'm learning that its trail and error with these exercises too..if i see my booty gettin smaller ima stop again lol...i gott startin pics but too shy to post:P...least right now anyways.

Ladies, if you don't have heavy weights or none at all, do this:
1. Squat down quickly but not to quickly (keep your form) 2. Hold the squat for 3 seconds 3. Come up slowly (half the speed you went going down)
Doing this is going to make your body weight seem heavier than what it is and you might experience "failure" which is great.
