This is a great challenge! However, I'm doing weighted squats at the gym, and weighted squats should NOT be done the same way. Still, I gotta say, squats are great, and I need to do them more often again! (I haven't been able to get to the squat machine for a while because the gym's too busy during the daytime.) Just seeing this challenge makes me excited to get back into squatting, and squatting HEAVY! I'm still working to get over 40" again, and I think squatting will make a huge difference in my progress! Now that I'm getting to the gym later at night (around midnight) like I like, I've been able to at least get started back on my squats again.

Congrats on all your girls keeping up with this challenge! It sure is tough keeping strong to this type of schedule, but it WILL pay off!

losing weight/ inches off my waist to create the effect (grammar ftw) illusion of a bigger butt is turning out to be the correct choice lol

ummmmm reg update:
 
-dance every weeknight
-WT 2x a week
-work is my cardio lol
-continuing cutting out sugar, junk, n soda from my diet :) its been like a 2 year long process......
-living off rice, beans, chicken, veg, fruit, tea and protein shakes
-I NEVER EVER drink enough water fml

that's what I want to do too cause when your waist is small it makes your butt look so much bigger. btw babyburl your booty is sooo high

@twisted angel LOL thanks. I was on my way to work and just lifted up my jacket haha. i definitely have a large back dip, just lots of rolls living there right now. currently conjuring my eviction process haha.

fml - I followed the "secret" above and lost an inch from my butt!
now I learned: heavier weights x low reps is the best workout
