Squats do work! I have been doing squats about 30 to 60 EOD days,(every other day), for about 3 to 4 months now.
My hips are wider and bigger and on my sides they are much more round than just straight.
My butt is a lot firmer and round too but I'm not finish just yet.
I do squats to tone my legs,butt and hips.
After my squats I stand in one spot and just run as if I'm running to tone my legs and to kill the pain,if any while doing the squats. It helps and I go that one extra mile to make sure I hit everything.
After that I do about 20 to 30 jumping jacks,which I probably could do all day.lol
But it seems like you have to do it consistently do everything.
Can anyone recommend something for the stomach,mine use to be flat as a pancake,but now I have lost my stomach muscles and want them back.
I hate sit ups,is there anything else I can incorporate into the squats to help with the stomach?
Do the squats work on that too or the jumping jacks?
