I have been lurking on this challenge and I have been doing it since last Monday lol xD
I just done 40 squats and my hamstrings are killing me x_x
I noticed my thighs are getting a bit bigger and underneath my butt are getting curvier! Big smile

I'm thinking it might be swelling from the bruising from my fall... but I have gained an additional inch in my butt. 47 originally and it's measuring 49 today. Hopefully it doesn't go away lol.

I have not done a single squat for an entire week Embarrassed

Its my final semester of nursing school and i am being swamped with work Ouch
 
BUT i plan to do some tonite Smile
 
So far i have noticed that my thighs are becoming more toned but i cant really say i have noticed any difference in my butt Unhappy

well I'm back in the gym already. Probably should have a waited longer. I was only able to do 60 squats with 40 pounds because my back started hurting. I'll probably go again today though.

fell off.
I was trying to lift weight 3x/week AND do the squat challenge on the other days. my legs just couldn't take it.

i'll resume squat focus when i'm not eating at a caloric deficit because all i'm doing is losing inches

I'm not part of this challenge because I squat with weights and 100 squats with 92lbs would kill meDead but squatting made my butt super hard and plump, now I just need a few more inches to feel that it's perfect! Heart
