damn my anti-pear body. 

Anyways... I might be out of the challenge for a week or so, gals. I got thrown from my horse and landed right on my lower back/kidneys/hip area. SO frustrating because I was going so hard and so motivated... and paying for my own gym membership this time, too, which was a main motivator lol. UGH. Such is life.

I've slacked off on my squats too. I haven't done it in 4 days. But I swear I'll get back on track tommorow.

@laquintak, im 5'7 probably taller than you :( and ive had beastly leg muscles since childhood lol so im sure that accounts for a lot of my weight :p

@wants2learn, my BF is not into all the foofoo stuff..... Trust me i tried everything :p hes just happy with the basics, and the tighter my body gets the better things seem to be going :-) i just want to be light enough so he can throw me around ^_^

@brazilian, thanks booooo awwwwwwwwww :)))))))) so glad i could inspire someone, makes all the research and answering Qs on here worth it :-) and i love seeing new members like you posting often! (especially since you know what your talking about) took me a year to go from 36a-30-40 to my current size and that was with loooooots of trial and error! Just stick with maca, PM (if its ok with your body/health history), and noogleberry if you need it. Even without exercise those 3 things will get your hormones right so your body deposits fat on your hip and boobys. If you can combine that with a cleaner diet, and any kind of regular exercise it'll boost your results :)

until I can go to the doctor and figure out why my stomach problems are worse

I missed some days due to my monthlies but will be starting back. My problem is my stomach area, just cant seem to shif any weight

Off the top of my head, i would say maca does make you more fertile, im not sure about with birth control, its worth asking your doctor b/c maca is a common health tonic anyway.
