I am so sore from all those squats. But my butt is coming around nicely: more rounder and lifted. For now I am focusing on toning up until I am happy with my shape. Then, I will focus on heavy lifting and building a bigger butt.

Try magnesium as a supplement and/ or bath in Epsom salt. That works for me

First time back at the gym and hitting the weights in a very long time, boy am I out of shape lol. I started back with just the bar and I don't remember it being so heavy hahaha. I have a ways to go before I reach my goal of squatting 70lbs I did 20 minutes of HITT on the highest incline on the treadmill 20 squats no weight 50 lunges 3 sets of 8 squats with the bar 3 sets of 8 stiff deadlifts with the bar 3 sets of 8 sumo squats with a 30lb dumbell 40 inner thigh squeezes *** well damn Babygurl
