I agree, Before the challenge my butt was close to 39.5 and after 15 days my butt was near 39 inches, so I stopped the challenge, it did seem a lil rounder, but its not enuff to lose inches, I want a big round butt not a big small butt, I think this challenge is for ladies who access to weights unless you want a smaller rounder butt. |
agree. that's why I looked at the 200 squats and wondered why I would ever want to do that many reps

IKR  I'm glad I didn't have weights cuz my knees was hurtin! I know I wasn't doin the squats right..man I hope I get a gym member ship. I'm tired of having a pointy booty lmao especially when I turn side ways, lol Bein a teardrop sucks.

was just talking to a male body builder friend. he said heavy weights, low reps works for upper body. but the "secret"  to gaining in the lower body is to "go 5x as hard." Basically, doing heavy weights, high reps for example, he said he got the most growth when he did 3 sets of leg presses with 75 reps each set
guess you just gotta find what works for you

That's not my gig lol. I guess the creatine works though. Today was my first time working out after having taken it the night before (after thursdays workout) and I was able to do 100 squats with 40 pounds doing sets of 20. I was only able to do 75 squats with 30 pounds doing sets of barely 15 before. Was also able to do cardio somewhat longer. I guess truth will be found out if I'm ssuper sore tomorrow.
