I know I haven't updated but last week i really injured my leg. couldn't even walk! So I decided to postpone my journey for a bigger booty and focus soully on my nbe. This summer I will purchase maca and try again. And I was seeing results so squats do work! Good luck!

took my creatine first time last night. i went pretty hard in the gym compared to my sorry workout day on wednesday, a first on this jounrye. i did 85 squats for the first time, with 30 pounds, 60 donkey kicks, 60 lunges, and 3 miles ellyptical and im not sore. so maybe its working.

my thighs feel so full though. like they are going to bust. no pain... but it feels like the muscle doesn't fit in my skin anymore lol

I agree, Before the challenge my butt was close to 39.5 and after 15 days my butt was near 39 inches, so I stopped the challenge, it did seem a lil rounder, but its not enuff to lose inches, I want a big round butt not a big small butt, I think this challenge is for ladies who access to weights unless you want a smaller rounder butt.

I might try creatine again.. I tried vanilla I gagged..ugh, I can't stand vanilla protein shakes for some reason they so nasty to me. I gotta stick with challenge.
