Only could do 12 :-(

Me 3 weeks ago:

Me last week : I began lifting squatting dead lifting running, eating
better. I totally see more definition on my legs,my legs and butt got
bigger. I’ve been killing myself in the gym 4 days out of the week,
I’m amazed at how quick I’m seeing progress.

weird measurements, but my shoulders and hips align so i look hour glassish

Sexyandfamous, you are right, I have back fat and a pudgy stomach right now. My hubby said he can definitely see a difference in my butt and thighs (all my jeans are tighter in the thigh area 4 sure), but I can't, but like u said I think it's because of my waist size and my back fat. Thanks for the advice and today I'm gonna start my clean eating and cardio along with planks and stomach vacuums!

Doing my squats each day per the challenge. Wow I am feeling the burn. I will try the tip about cold showers. Anything that helps counter soreness keeps me going with the workouts.

I got 2.5 pounds of creatine for 20 bucks from the vitamin shoppe. I'll keep y'all updated on how it works for muscle recovery and muscle endurance cuz I had started recovering slower lately. Needed a boost.
