Hey girl, all i use i creatine before/ after weight training and next couple days while im recovering. And sometimes i take powdered maca 1-2x a day in a protein shake (w/ whey or soy protein, soy supposedly helps build just lower body muscle). Maca is cool because you can really take A LOT, like 10-20g a day with no side effects. It really boosts results with weight training. I dont take it super regular just when i want a lil boost :-) any other weight training supps like BCAAs and ZMAs should help you bulk up on your bum too! Just google "womens body building supps"

never used oils except for when i first started and that was just evening primrose oil, only thing i would put on my cheeks is PM extract and something like volufiline :-) i dont get this fish oil craze lol. Not worth it to me.

I didnt know this before i started studying for personal training, creatine is a chemical your body produces to help with short, big endurance exercises like lifting big, taking the powdered creatine will keep you from tiring as fast, recover quicker and even *celebratory trumpets* pumps up the actual muscle your working after the workout. Im talking like .5- 1 inch of just muscle swelling..... sh*t rules. And really helps motivate you cuz its like "this is working!!!"

how much is creatine? theres a vitamin shoppe right behind my gym and mama just got paid ayyyyyy. i've been using tonalin which is supposed to make ur body taken energy from your fat cells and contribute to muscle growth. but i want some other stuff to stack with it.

I got a 1 lb (500 grams) container for $10 its the cheapest WT supp ive found so far lol :p hopefully its a similar price at your store!! If not just get it on amazon or something internet prices are really competitive=cheap!!

Ok...started the challenge and started doing fire hydantsAngry
(I think I was pulling my leg up to high for my teardrop and
have changed how far I lift my legs and getting better progress now.)
and I have those dents BACK in my buttCry and lost the
.5 inch that I did get from 2 months of weight gainThumbs Down...So
I decided to change my regimen an I have gained
1 inch in ten days and .5 inch in my HIPS!Clap My hips are
rounding out!Big smile I am so excited to continue! I lost 2.5 inches
off my waist in 1 month and a half, too!
 
I still need to take some pictures before I get too far in, I'm thinking
about starting a Vlog about my dream body journey!

Just a note: I read that if you take a cold shower after working out your muscles won't be sore the following day.
I did that a couple times and it worked Wink

I follow SOME of QueenB on youtube advice...
I do slimming exercises on my upper body and
waist and it is working! Quick crunches, situps, and arm
exercises. And Callanetics Waist Whittler on youtube
and stomach vacuums, if I remember.
 
I know she gets a lot of crap about the NOT exercising
to gain a juicy booty and apple body types, but I'm an apple
and it works for me but slowly for me gaining weight in my hips
and butt... But it does work.
 
My first weeks I lost inches in my arms and waist, but with my
body type it took about a month and a half to get .5 inch on my teardrop.
