I follow SOME of QueenB on youtube advice...
I do slimming exercises on my upper body and
waist and it is working! Quick crunches, situps, and arm
exercises. And Callanetics Waist Whittler on youtube
and stomach vacuums, if I remember.
I know she gets a lot of crap about the NOT exercising
to gain a juicy booty and apple body types, but I'm an apple
and it works for me but slowly for me gaining weight in my hips
and butt... But it does work.
My first weeks I lost inches in my arms and waist, but with my
body type it took about a month and a half to get .5 inch on my teardrop.
