I decided to measure today as well and I'm down almost a whole inch too. My butt does look like it's lifting but at the same time shrinking. I think I might stop, more squats with little to no weight is shrinking & toning vs heavy weight squats with less reps is growing.

60 squats with with 30 pounds, 60 lunges, 60 donkey kicks yesterday
i guess i should make sure to measure tomorrow to be sure the same thing isn't happening to me far as shrinkage goes. it certainly looks plumper. it always sat up nice, but it appears a little happier to be alive. but i can't really tell if my waist is getting smaller or my butt bigger or a little of both possible. Meh. Thankfully my hips are looking wider though. Anyhoo. Off to the gym. Aiming to add weights to my lunges tonight and go for 75 squats with 30 pounds.

Going to hit the smith machine tonight before hubby gets home :) took the week off WT for personal reasons. But sometimes a mini break can jumpstart some growth :D

Hey, babygurl, what kind of supplements have you've been taking that helps with increasing the booty size? Do you take whey protein or certain type of oils?

I did 2x45 squats today. I also did 3 sets eat oblique crunches/ bird dogs (I think they're called), rows and shoulder press with 5 lb hand weights. I want to get a set of resistance bands soon.

85 Squats today, plus Cardio and Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I am exhausted but are feeling great!  After I am done with toning and slimming up a little bit more I will seriously focus on heavy weight-lifting.

I am noticing a difference in my thighs  . they are definitely firming up! i can get to a gym to start lifting heavy so i will look into some household items that can be used. i did 70 squats, 50 hip abductors, 50 sumo squats yesterday...

I gained an inch in my butt so now its 48. woot. and lost 2 inches in my bust somehow. but that's a good thing.
