today 2x35 squats. I tried the one legged ones. I couldn't go down far without panicking lol. I will try them in front of a chair.

I wanna join, I've been lifting heavy since September 24th, so it's almost been 4 months. I started squatting 30 lbs. and am now squatting 80 lbs. I also do butt bridges (50 lbs), plié squats (45 lbs), fire hydrants (20 lbs), kickbacks (20 lbs) and leg extensions and leg curls (50 lbs) on the weight bench. The only problem I'm having is alot of fat covering my muscles. I've been going thru alot of heartache with both my parents health failing and haven't been able to commit to a clean diet. My measurements have improved from 36-28-38 to 36-28-40, but like I said my body doesn't look like I want because I haven't been doing any cardio or eating clean, so I got a bigger fatter butt LOL. I promised myself that I'm gonna commit to adding in at least 3 days of cardio (not too much though because I don't wanna lose the lil fat I got) and clean eating.
My dream measurements are 36-26-40, so I figure if I get it together and add some cardio and clean eating I can lose the 2" off my waist.

I think you should try to diminish your waist from 26 to 24 or 23" to really see some difference. Maybe that's what is making you think that your butt doesn't look good. I gained an inch in my butt since I joined the BHM  and although it doesn't sound like a lot, I can see a huge difference in my butt, I can't stop admiring myself when I walk by mirrored window stores  . But since I gained TWO inches in my waist  , it looks like I need to keep gaining inches in my butt and work it harder lol Try losing some in your waist.
