I did 60 leg presses at 130 yesterday and 35 regular squats and 30 squats with 30 pounds (had to rest for today on the weight lol, my thighs are killing me). Today I did 60 regular squats, lower sets more reps though, 30 lunges, and 40 donkey kicks.
2 weeks 13 pounds down. booty looking remotely juicier. i won't measure again until wednesday though.

go momentoindigo, I am trying to get better on the leg press I just started so I try to do reps with the lower weights first 25 and 40, I try to ramp up my squats slowly by using 5,10,and 15 pound barbells on each side, I am also going to be doing cable weight squats because that would be easier for me than actually trying to hold a 120 pound weight over my head
