I did 55 squats today. I think I'm just going to mix it up. I'll be upping my water and veggies. Maybe get in a Taebo workout. They burn major calories. Keep it up ladies.

Back on it today...I was super soar yesterday so I didn't do any...but plan on doing at least 70-80 today!

Aiming for 50 squats today and gonna do some back step squats since i can't do lunges.

i am super sore but i still did my sqauts yesterday.. but i am noticing i am  feeling it more in my thighs and less in my hipsConfused
 
I am looking in the mirror while i am doing my squats and my form looks correct but i want to feel it more in buns Angry
 
i am determined to get my buns toned first and then i will focus on adding inches....

You can do different types of squats -like plie and sumo to work different parts. Also imagine, when you are rising up from the squat, that you are cracking walnuts between your cheeks. Sounds silly, but you really need to squeeze your butt in this part of the exercise.

I've been slipping this week with taking time to do the squats with returning to work and this hectic schedule i call my life. But I do plan to get back on it had tomorrow when i hit the gym in the morning.
