the thing is i didnt have to go anywhere today. i just could not get out of the bed  . The soreness is what usually gets me discouraged and i end up stopping my workout but this year will be different .  I am gonna work through this phase because my tush really needs some toning...

I did 0 squats today and yesterday i am sick and the only reason I am up now is because I can't breathe to sleep

Aries I hope you feel better soon and don't stress about missing a few days, when you're better just jump back in! for some reason when you're sick it always seems harder to breathe when you're trying to sleep lol

It's amazing how easy squats are for me... but add 15 pounds on that squatting machine and my knees are killlllling me, I don't feel it in my butt at all on that thing... and they said I was doing it right. I'm gonna try squatting with a cat instead.

it still hurts a lil for me after 65 squats, now im trying to go deeper & o my goodness, curse my thighs, but im still going, the 10th was my rest day (december calendar)
