i did 40 squats and about 15 minutes of the butt bible workout 2 days ago and i am so sore i dont even want to moveOuch 
how does everyone deal with the soreness? should i use some kind of muscle rub or something?
 
oh and i also notice that the muscles in my butt appear to be twitching or jerking on its own...
thats weird Confused
 
i am supposed to increase my squats tonight and try and do the entire butt bible workout i hope i can do it

@ browneyez,

dealing with soreness..... I try to plan my work/ errand running around butt workout days. Make sure to do them on days where u arent too busy the NEXT day, so you can recover.

Creatine can help rebuild the muscle faster too :-)

i did like 80 leg presses at 170, set of 15-25, 50 squats without weight, sets of 10-15, and 60 donkey kicks in sets of 15. My booty looks nice and plump today. Could be these corduroy jeggings.... but shtill... Let me think what i wanna think lmao.

I did 50 squats today. Hope that's right. Man that girl's results are great and encouraging.

Same girl that SoutherNtellect posted (her instagram is misshopedmv).. She works her abs every f*cking day..she mentioned on her instagram 2 weeks before posting this pic that she is 48" hip and 28.5" waist (and was trying to get down to 25")
