Today I did 45 squats and also Insanity (plenty of water breaks, good grief). Good luck to all.

Going to try something different tomorrow when i weight train. I should probably be aiming for 4 sets with 5-8 reps each :0


Set 1: 90 lbs, 5-8 squats
Set 2: 110 lbs, 5-8 squats
Set 3: 140 lbs, 5-8 squats
Set 4: 150-160 lbs, 5-8 squats


^^^^^^ hopefully that will destroy me :-]


Gonna start back up on some lunges with the Smith machine too..... Maybe aim for 60-100 lbs this first time :-]

Congrats on your progress Indigo!Clap I'm doing the January challenge and yesterday I got too busy and by the time I got home I was too tired to even attempt to bust a squat. But today I'm just going to pick up where I left off and not let missing a day throw me off. So far I'm noticing my butt rounding out a bit.

think i'll add this to my routine. i dont want a donk but i do want better lift and shape

my weights go up to 25 lbs (so i'll get up to 50lb squats)
i took pics on the 5th and today
will start tomorrow
